🌿 Zen Daze: A Whole New One-Day Retreat for Mind, Body, Heart & Spirit 🌿
The countdown is on — Zen Daze is almost here! On Sunday, October 5th, 2025 (10 AM–3 PM) we’re gathering at The MATS for a transformative one-day wellness retreat designed to guide you home to yourself. This isn’t just another event on your calendar — it’s an intentional pause, a space created for you to slow down, nourish your whole self, and connect with a community that cares about well-being as much as you do.
A Retreat With a Mission
Zen Daze began with a simple intention: to create a sanctuary where people can gather, heal, and reconnect to their inner wisdom. Our mission is to foster holistic well-being and create a nurturing environment where mind, body, heart, and spirit are equally honored. We’re passionate about uplifting local wellness practitioners and small businesses so that together, we’re weaving a stronger, more inclusive community.
A Whole New Zen Daze
This isn’t the same retreat you’ve experienced before. We’re bringing you a brand-new Zen Daze with workshops we’ve never offered and a new rotational schedule that allows participants to move through each experience more intentionally and personally. This fresh format means smaller group settings, more focused time with each facilitator, and a richer, more immersive day for everyone.
What You’ll Experience
This immersive retreat unfolds in a four-part journey designed to support you on every level:
🧠 Mind — Ear seed acupressure + presence practices with Jane from Oceanside Healing. Settle your nervous system, calm your thoughts, and ground yourself for the day ahead.
🧘🏽♀️ Body — Intro to the 26&2 Hot Yoga Method with Deann & Sophia. Explore the classic postures and breathing exercises in a supportive setting that strengthens, stretches, and revitalizes.
💓 Heart — Arts, crafts, and journaling with Nirel. Tap into your creativity, reflect on your journey, and express what’s in your heart.
🌬️ Spirit — Breathwork + Guided Visualization with Belinda. Open your inner landscape and reconnect to your deepest wisdom through conscious breath and visualization.
🥗 Nourishment — Light breakfast & lunch by Urban Kitchen + a nutrition talk with Gino. Fuel your body with fresh, wholesome food and simple tips for everyday nourishment.
