Hot Yoga Arrives at The MATS 🔥

We’re turning up the heat at The MATS! After months of thoughtful planning and renovations, we’re so excited to finally introduce Hot Yoga to our community. Our new heated space was designed with your practice in mind, a place where you can move, breathe, and transform on a deeper level.

Why Hot Yoga?

Hot Yoga, also known as 26&2 Yoga, is a powerful practice of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. The warmth isn’t just about comfort; it helps your body move more freely and allows you to safely stretch deeper into each pose. The heat also elevates your heart rate, turning your practice into a cardio-strengthening workout that builds endurance, stamina, and resilience.

  • Hot 26&2 Yoga – 90 Min
    Saturdays, 9:15–10:45 AM

  • Express Hot 26&2 Yoga – 60 Min
    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 AM

Whether you’re looking for the full 90-minute experience or a quick, energizing session before work, these classes are designed to challenge your body, focus your mind, and restore your spirit.
