Join Nirel, a restorative yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience, at The MATS for a heartfelt 5-hour workshop for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, community leaders, and anyone who holds space for others. In this immersive experience, we’ll explore how to open, hold, and close your spaces with greater intention, care, and presence. Whether you're guiding movement, conversation, or healing, you'll leave with tools to create environments where people feel safe, seen, and supported. All are welcome—come deepen your practice of connection and community. This workshop offers yoga teachers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) applicable toward their Yoga Alliance certification.
