Joe – Meditation & Sound Healing
With over 20 years of retreat and teaching experience, Joe has trained in meditation, Reiki, and various spiritual practices. He offers a grounded, accessible approach to meditation and sound healing that helps people of all ages find clarity, calm, and inner stillness. His presence invites you to quiet the mind and reconnect with your essence.
Nirel – Restorative Arts & Reflection
Through yoga, mindfulness, and creativity, Nirel helps others reconnect with softness and self-compassion. Having faced burnout and fatigue herself, she weaves restorative practices, arts, and journaling to spark joy and authentic expression. In her session, you’ll explore your inner landscape through reflection and creativity, returning to the heart.
Aditi — Yoga & Nutrition
Aditi Sharma, originally from Nepal, has been connected to yoga since childhood. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour trainings at YogaX (Stanford Psychology). With a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), Aditi integrates evidence-based, therapeutic yoga into healthcare and creates inclusive spaces that honor yoga’s cultural roots. She also works in pediatric nutrition at Stanford Medicine. Her teaching is grounded in lived experience and supports well-being on and off the mat.
Urban Kitchen – Nourishment from Within
Your Zen Daze experience includes a light breakfast and lunch prepared by Urban Kitchen. With a philosophy of “Nothing Added, Nothing Taken Away,” Urban Kitchen crafts flavorful, sustainable, and healthy meals using conscious ingredients. Every bite is designed to nourish both body and spirit while making a positive impact on the planet.
