Soothe your nervous system and clear mental fog with ear seed acupressure led by Jane from Oceanside Healing. Gentle presence practices will help calm and reset your energy.
🧘🏽♀️ Body
Move and ground through an intro to the 26&2 Hot Yoga Method, guided by Deann Villaflores and Sophia Hapin. This classic sequence is designed to support strength, grounding, and clarity.
💓 Heart
Spark joy and inner connection through arts and crafts led by Nirel Salazar, plus a take-home journaling experience to deepen personal reflection.
🌬️ Spirit
Belinda Villahermosa will lead a Grounding Breathwork + Future Self / Inner Mentor Guided Visualization Meditation, ending with journaling prompts and an optional group share. This session is designed to help you tune into your inner wisdom and intuition.

Enjoy a light breakfast and lunch lovingly prepared by Urban Kitchen—nourishing your body as you nourish your soul.
Plus, a short nutrition talk by Gino Francisco will help support your wellbeing from the inside out.

Joe – Meditation & Sound Healing
With over 20 years of retreat and teaching experience, Joe has trained in meditation, Reiki, and various spiritual practices. He offers a grounded, accessible approach to meditation and sound healing that helps people of all ages find clarity, calm, and inner stillness. His presence invites you to quiet the mind and reconnect with your essence.
Deann & Sophia – 26&2 Hot Yoga
Deann brings two decades of yoga practice and teaching, weaving together diverse movement modalities with compassion and depth. From Bikram training to Vinyasa in Bali, her teaching is rooted in healing and empowerment.
Deann & Sophia – 26&2 Hot Yoga
Sophia, who began her yoga journey right here at The MATS, shares a safe, inclusive space where strength and mindfulness meet. Her flows combine 26&2 and Power Yoga elements for a practice that welcomes every body.
Together, they’ll co-lead the Body portion of Zen Daze with an accessible, grounding introduction to the 26&2 Hot Yoga Method.
Nirel – Restorative Arts & Reflection
Through yoga, mindfulness, and creativity, Nirel helps others reconnect with softness and self-compassion. Having faced burnout and fatigue herself, she weaves restorative practices, arts, and journaling to spark joy and authentic expression. In her session, you’ll explore your inner landscape through reflection and creativity, returning to the heart.
Belinda – Breathwork & Guided Visualization
A Certified Breathwork Coach and 500-HR Yoga Teacher, Belinda knows firsthand the power of the breath to bring peace, clarity, and healing. She will guide you through breathwork and a Future Self Visualization meditation to help you tune into your intuition and inner wisdom, leaving you grounded and inspired.
Jane – Ear Seed Acupressure
Jane is a licensed acupuncturist and founder of Oceanside Healing in Pacifica. With nearly two decades of experience, she’s passionate about making healthcare accessible and community-centered. At Zen Daze, Jane will be offering ear seed acupressure—a gentle, non-invasive way to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
Urban Kitchen – Nourishment from Within
Your Zen Daze experience includes a light breakfast and lunch prepared by Urban Kitchen. With a philosophy of “Nothing Added, Nothing Taken Away,” Urban Kitchen crafts flavorful, sustainable, and healthy meals using conscious ingredients. Every bite is designed to nourish both body and spirit while making a positive impact on the planet.
Gino Francisco — Nutrition & Wellness Talk
Owner and Head Coach of 10th Planet Daly City, Gino has over 15 years of experience in martial arts and health coaching. At Zen Daze, he’ll share a nutrition talk designed to make healthy eating simple, practical, and supportive of overall wellbeing.
