As the autumn air starts to cool, we’re bringing a little extra warmth (and sweat!) into your week with something special β€” a brand-new Pop-Up class at The MATS: Express Hot 26+2 with Deann, happening every Tuesday in October from 4–5 PM.

This 60-minute session is a condensed version of the classic 26+2 Hot Yoga sequence β€” the same beloved postures and breathing exercises, just in a more dynamic, time-friendly format. It’s perfect for those looking to recharge midweek, get a deep sweat, and experience that signature Hot 26+2 energy without the full 90-minute commitment.

You’ll move through a steady, intentional flow designed to cultivate strength, focus, balance, and flexibility. The heated room (around 100–105Β°F / 38–40Β°C) supports circulation and muscle release, encouraging a deep, cleansing sweat that leaves you feeling lighter and more centered β€” body, mind, and spirit.

Deann brings her signature warmth, humor, and supportive energy to the room, creating an experience that’s both challenging and grounding. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or a long-time practitioner, this class will help you reconnect to your breath, find your edge, and leave you glowing from the inside out.
