This 60-minute session is a condensed version of the classic 26+2 Hot Yoga sequence β the same beloved postures and breathing exercises, just in a more dynamic, time-friendly format. Itβs perfect for those looking to recharge midweek, get a deep sweat, and experience that signature Hot 26+2 energy without the full 90-minute commitment.
Youβll move through a steady, intentional flow designed to cultivate strength, focus, balance, and flexibility. The heated room (around 100β105Β°F / 38β40Β°C) supports circulation and muscle release, encouraging a deep, cleansing sweat that leaves you feeling lighter and more centered β body, mind, and spirit.
Deann brings her signature warmth, humor, and supportive energy to the room, creating an experience thatβs both challenging and grounding. Whether youβre new to hot yoga or a long-time practitioner, this class will help you reconnect to your breath, find your edge, and leave you glowing from the inside out.
