Move and Mobilize: Pop-Up Classes with Dr. Drew Dias
We’re welcoming Dr. Drew Dias to The MATS Daly City’s Yoga & Fitness Program for Move and Mobilize, a series of pop-up classes exploring practical mobility and recovery strategies.
Classes begin Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and meet every other Tuesday from 5:30–6:30 PM through January 2027.
Movement for Everyday Life
Dr. Drew believes that movement is medicine. In this class, he’ll share mobility and recovery strategies you can incorporate into your daily routine, helping you better understand your body and support the activities you love.
Move and Mobilize complements your yoga and fitness practice with an opportunity to explore moving more freely and making recovery part of your routine.
Meet Dr. Drew
A Bay Area native and lifelong athlete, Dr. Drew Dias is the owner of A1 Chiropractic, a sports and family chiropractic practice focused on helping people move better, recover faster, and build more resilient bodies.
Growing up playing competitive soccer sparked his interest in human movement, injury recovery, and performance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sonoma State University before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West.
His approach combines chiropractic care with mobility, corrective exercise, and recovery techniques to support an active life. He also has a personal connection to the 10th Planet Daly City community through his brother, coach Logan “Sweet Tea” Dias.
