At The MATS, we’re always listening to our community and evolving to meet your needs, on and off the mat. We’re thrilled to announce two new classes to our weekly lineup: 26 & 2 Express (Non-Heated) and Yin Yang Flow.

Whether you're looking for a structured, full-body practice in a shorter timeframe or a balanced class that harmonizes strength and stillness, we’ve got something to support your journey.

🔥 26 & 2 Express (Non-Heated)

A condensed 60-minute version of the classic Bikram sequence, this class features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed to stretch, strengthen, and detoxify your entire body. Unlike the traditional hot class, this version is practiced in a non-heated room, making it more accessible while still delivering all the core benefits.

Perfect for:

  • Busy students, professionals, and parents with limited time

  • Beginners wanting a structured practice to build consistency

  • Long-time practitioners looking for a midweek reset without the heat

This class will leave you feeling clear, focused, and energized—all in under an hour. And best of all, it’s suitable for all levels, with modifications and guidance every step of the way.

🌙 Yin Yang Flow

Find your rhythm. Balance your energy. This class is a dynamic blend of movement and stillness, bringing together the active, heat-building Yang and the slow, cooling Yin.

Class begins with energizing sequences that activate your muscles, improve flexibility, and elevate the breath. As we transition into longer-held Yin postures, you'll move inward, stretching deep connective tissue, calming the nervous system, and finding space for inner stillness.
