Welcome to Zen Daze

We're so excited to invite you to a one-day immersive retreat designed to guide you home to yourself. This experience honors the mind, body, heart, and spirit, guiding you through a four-part journey of healing and reconnection—with nourishment, creativity, and soulful community along the way.

💫 What’s Included

🧠 Mind

Soothe your nervous system and clear mental fog with ear seed acupressure led by Jane from Oceanside Healing. Gentle presence practices will help calm and reset your energy.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Body

Move and ground through an intro to the 26&2 Hot Yoga Method, guided by Deann Villaflores and Sophia Hapin. This classic sequence is designed to support strength, grounding, and clarity.

💓 Heart

Spark joy and inner connection through arts and crafts led by Nirel Salazar, plus a take-home journaling experience to deepen personal reflection.

🌬️ Spirit

Belinda Villahermosa will lead a Grounding Breathwork + Future Self / Inner Mentor Guided Visualization Meditation, ending with journaling prompts and an optional group share. This session is designed to help you tune into your inner wisdom and intuition.

🥗 Nourishment

Enjoy a light breakfast and lunch lovingly prepared by Urban Kitchen—nourishing your body as you nourish your soul.
Plus, a short nutrition talk by Gino Francisco will help support your wellbeing from the inside out.
